Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Cleveland. The staff were helpful and hospitable, it was a bonus. Unbeatable and amazing location next to restaurants and venues, theatre district and a free trolley, I felt safe. Also, the venue was only 1 km to Cleveland Mall Park...

We loved the stay, it was a really really nice experience. We have spent 2 days in queen room with jacuzzi tub, tasteful decor, the TV, everything was good. The hotel also was close to a bus stop.

The stay was overall pleasant, especially due to the prime location that allowed easy access to downtown attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a highlight with a delicious spread to start our day right. We did face some challenges with limited parking and occasional spotty WiFi. , particularly Gloria at the front desk.

I appreciated the easy access to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, just a short stroll away, and the hotel was also conveniently close to Cleveland Public Square, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk.

We loved being within walking distance of FirstEnergy Stadium and Playhouse Square. Tried some local golfing, and the area was super fun to explore. The included breakfast was solid, and the parking was convenient at a great rate.
The bathroom in our room was really tight, a bit of a hassle to move around.
